Diwali & Bonfire Night Safety Reminder

Diwali & Bonfire Night Safety Reminder

This week, many of our communities have been celebrating Diwali and Bonfire Night. We would like to thank everyone who has enjoyed the festivities responsibly and helped keep our neighbourhoods safe.

As celebrations continue, please remember to use fireworks responsibly, attend organised displays where possible, and be considerate of local residents, pets, and wildlife. Fires and fireworks should never be left unattended, and any antisocial behaviour or dangerous use of fireworks should be reported to police.

By looking out for one another, we can ensure that everyone is able to enjoy these important cultural and community events safely.

Wishing all those celebrating a happy Diwali and a safe Bonfire Night.
